By using both the measurements we are capturing all the motor mechanical and electrical parameters required to identify the faults of the motor, with this data and by using the advance machine learning techniques like predictive algorithms to find faults in advance and it is also using the advance techniques in motor vibration analysis and motor current signature analysis. With the help of low & high frequency vibration data, we are detecting unbalance, misalignment, Bearing, gear faults and mechanical losses of the motor.
